    Our new state–of-the-art 250 TPD Oleochemical Manufacturing Plant at Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, offers quality products utilizing world-class technology from Desmet Ballestra (Belgium) and Binacchi & Co. (Italy). The oleochemical plant is integrated with our Crude Palm Oil Refining Unit and is well connected to the National Highway as well as the Krishnapatnam & Chennai Ports to ensure efficient feedstock supply and finished product distribution.

    Different grades of Stearic Acid are produced from vegetable oil derivatives like Palm Stearin, Palm Fatty Acid Distillate, Rice Bran Fatty Acid Distillate, etc. using unit processes of splitting, hydrogenation and distillation technologies.

    Applications

    Stearic Acids are used in various industrial applications including manufacturing of rubber tyres, PVC stabilizers, PVC pipes and plastics, various metallic stearates, cosmetics, metal buffing compounds, textiles, leather & paper auxiliaries, candle-making, etc.

    This product is derived from sweet water, which is separated from Crude Fatty Acids during the process of splitting Vegetable Oils. Various grades of refined glycerine are produced after distillation of crude glycerine.

    Applications

    Glycerine finds use in varied applications including drugs & pharmaceuticals, personal care products, alkyd resins for paints, ink preparation, paper manufacturing, antifreeze compounds, nitro-glycerine. It is also used in food additives and tobacco preparation.
