3F Group has formed "Sri Rameswar Balkishan Goenka Society" to carry out initiatives to uplift the underprivileged section amongst the local community.
WELFARE
ORPHANAGE AND HOME FOR THE AGED
Plans are in full swing to provide shelter, food, medical support to the residents in our orphanage and home for the aged. The high level of nursing care and organized group activities available will benefit the residents. Orphans will benefit from the presence of senior citizens and older residents will find happiness in the company of young children. The orphans will not miss home in the presence of senior members and both the groups will not miss out on family bonding. Orphans will be educated and taught life skills so that they are able to sustain themselves in the future.
EDUCATION
COMMUNITY CENTER FOR ADULT EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING
We organize initiatives that promote self-sustained economic development amongst the young and senior members of the society. Adult Education aims at extending options for education to those adults who have lost the opportunity and have crossed the age of formal education, but now feel a need for learning of any type, including literacy, basic education and skill development through vocational education. Vocational training programs focus on providing students with hands-on instructions that give them an edge in job searches and help them in becoming economically independent, and support their immediate family. Besides residential orphans, we provide training to the local community.
The Goenka Family has established the following educational institutions.

Dr. Goenka Women's Degree College, Andhra Pradesh
Dr. Goenka Junior College, Andhra Pradesh
3F has established a Higher Secondary School both in Rajasthan and in Myanmar.
HEALTH CAMPUS
Health Camps are a special initiative of the foundation to provide healthcare services that meet the immediate healthcare needs of the marginalized community in rural areas. These health camps provide comprehensive health services – curative, preventive and referral to the local population.
